Initial Customer Interview

Start here to provide the initial information we need in order to best understand your reason for building and dream features to include. Download and fill out the form to the best of your ability, and then we'll schedule a meeting to review everything together.

Finish Selections

Once your contract is signed and a tentative building schedule set, we will begin the process of making your material finish selections. It is possible that this process may be split into two appointments depending on how certain you are about the finishes you want.

Meetings will be scheduled to walk through the selection process and complete a Finish Selections guide to keep everything organized.

Building Specifications

We invite you to review some of the main features we include in our new homes, including energy efficiency and aging in place planning.
